Want to know everything there is to know about this car?

In their own words

The first traction motor replacement at 12,000 miles and after 6 months ownership was a bit of a shock. It took 4 weeks for parts to arrive. 13 months later the traction motor failed again and this time it took 5 weeks to get the part/ complete the repair. The day the car was ready a letter from DVSA arrived informing me of a safety recall to replace the high voltage battery due to fire risk. The courtesy cars provided by the dealer (Richmond Hyundai Portsmouth) had I suffice to fuel to get me home. Dreadful customer experience. Hyudai Customer services have been completely useless

How reliable do you find the car?

Multiple recalls Awaiting replacement high voltage battery Traction motor failed and replaced twice in 13 months

Does the car do everything you expected it to do?

The traction motor has had to be replaced twice in 13 months. The dealer and Hyundai have been totally unsympathetic. The car has been off the road for over 8 weeks in last 13 months. It is awaiting replacement of the high voltage battery pack.
