In their own words

note this is a second car , so low miles use , had it 5 months now 1000 miles on the clock, Quite happy with the car, nice looking, mpg on every car I've owned never matches the advert, I would suggest you get one with front parking sensors or have them fitted, fit and finish very good, infotainment system very good better than the VW system on my company car, now at 950 miles the Aircon stopped working in the middle of a UK heat wave 39c, took it to the local dealer thought it was a problem that the warranty would cover, dropped off on the Wednesday night, Thursday morning had a call from the garage was told found the fault, a stone approx 20mm went through the holes in the grille and damage to the condenser causing £463, worth of damage, my first question was does the grille not stop such a large stone the answer these things happen , so I paid for the repair cost and collection next day, I have spoken to Hyundai UK, regarding the design fault on the 2022 Tucson and that a secondary grille should be fitted behind the one which I can put my hand through to stop stones hitting the intercooler or the AC condenser, I have recommended the 2022 Tucson to 2 people I know who now are waiting for delivery of them, I feel a recall and a second grille should be fitted asap to all Tucson, that's my rant I would recommend this car as it's a good size for the family, good specification, and good value, I am waiting for a response from the MD Hyundai UK Andrew Ashley regarding the design fault
