What does this car say about you?

HSE so some luxury, Freelander so economical, but it's basically a landrover so ideal for someone who does use it off road.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Like it - nice driving position, comfortable but not too huge!

Would you buy this car again and why?

No as they are discontinuing it! Also this one has been less reliable than the last one.

What are you likely to buy next?

I may look at the new Discovery Sport or a normal Disco if I can afford it! I want a manual 4x4 and so many don't come in anything other than auto e.g. Touraeg, Grand Cherokee etc.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Fair price on the 11 model and a good trade in on my 08 model meant a fair deal.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Needed economy on road but with off road ability.

What was the dealer like?

Polite and helpful but did fail to get certain things ready by delivery date which meant a second visit.

What's it like to drive?

Reasonably powerful, handles well for 4 x 4. Very reliable and secure off road. Has had a periodic engine splutter which dealership cannot correct.

What's it like to park?

It's very square so easy!

Have you had any problems with the car?

Slight rumble from differential corrected under warranty.

What's most practical about your car?

Decent flat bootspace with seats folded down.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Sunroof
