In their own words

After 2 Mercedes models ,C180 & C220 Amg Sport In the last 6 years, we were going to go fo another Merc., but did not like any of the new models. Although we did try a couple the sales people did my head in. We tried a GLA . Booked in at 1:00 pm. Had a test drive after much faffing around by salesman about 1 hour and half later. It took maximum 10 minutes up and down the road. Further faffing with invisible sales manager re/ px etc and filling in experience etc, my wife and I had had enough. We left at 4:30 completely p****d off. Next day we tried Mitchell’s Lexus Cheshire Oaks. Liked IS300H Hybrid. Offerd the car for the day as long as you bring it back for 5pm. This was 10:30 in the morning. We went all over the Wirral, combination of motorway and urban and country roads. The car was a revelation. Ultra quiet sublime smooth drive. We came back and did the the deal the next morning with the minimum of fuss and good px with the Merc. The best car buying experience we have ever had. 6 months on and the car is everything I want . I still look out of the house at the car and admire it . Any excuse to go out and drive it. Looks , drive , economy etc. Great. We are sticking with the Lexus Hybrids. Could not go back to diesels.
