Great driving position and I'm a 6 footer!
Performance
1.8 is very responsive. An absolute thrill to drive. Had a couple of frightening moments on the slippery / icy roads this week but generally difficult to loose control.

Living with it
Reliability
Only covered 300 miles. Apart from a heater / ventilator switch malfunctioning from new, no other problem to report. Serviced now every 12500 miles instead of usual 9000 as on the old MX5s.
Comfort
Low slung driving position. Enough head and cabin room. Had the roof off on one sunny day - buffeting in the cab seems minimal - even at motorway speeds.

Seems OK. Comes with factory fit cat 1 alarm and immobiliser. Fabric roof always offers the opportunist but up to now seems well protected.
Service
Staff at the dealership very friendly, but I'm sure they're on a rather good commission!
