Performance
You will not believe it's a 1.5 3 cylinder turbo diesel under the bonnet. This car has superb performance. All shift auto has an unusual feel. In auto mode you feel the gear changes, but they feel like sporty manual ones. I found it better in manual mode

Reliability
Can't comment, but japanese cars have always done well for reliability, so the Mitsubishi should be no exception. I don't think there are any new cars which are unreliable. Its luck of the draw and how they are treated and driven.

Far better than the smart fourfour. It looks to me at the front a bit like the Honda Jazz
Comfort
It wasn't uncomfortable, but I like slightly softer seats that why it gets 3 stars.

I can't give a fair comment as I only test drove the car, but it comes with an alarm and immobiliser.
Service
The sales man I went out with for a test drive was very pleasant and I got to drive the car for an hour on a variety of roads including a nearby dual carriage way.
