What does this car say about you?

I don't know really, would like to think that i'm a bit different. maybe.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Had no negative comments, a lot people say they like the colour (Gun-metal).

Would you buy this car again and why?

I think so, It fullfils my needs, it's a bit different, fairly fun to drive, very well equiped, comfortable for communting 130+ miles a day (my daily trip), economical (averaging around mid 50's- low 60's and hopefully reliable.

What are you likely to buy next?

Going to keep this one a while as with my mileage will loose value fast but at the moment barring any change is circumstances I would think another Juke. It's great car.

Help and quick to get the car ready.

  • Driving it

    4 out of 5 4.0

    What's it like to drive?

Decent to drive, around town the gear change is smooth and the engine responsive. On the motorway the car is fairly quite and refined. The ride is typical SUV as it is bumpy on rougher surfaces but around town and on the motorways it fine. in sport mode back roads can be fun with little bodyroll and good levels of grip. Sport mode reduces steering assistance which is good and inproves throttle response again which is good, but this is no sports car and the steering doesn't provide much feedback. Still it brings a smile to my face when pressing on.

    What's it like to park?

Easy, Revised model I have as the Qasqhi door mirrors which are large and with the rear view camera and light steering (in normal and eco modes) its a doddle to park. n.b. Sloping roofline does reduce rear visibility slightly. But I always park on mirrors anyway.

Have you had any problems with the car?

It's only a few weeks old so all ok, hopefully that will remain so.

What's most practical about your car?

While the Juke is Chunky car to look at it is a small one despite that the boot is quite reasonable for the size. Being 2wd it has the twin level 2 load area so things that stay in the car all the time (coats etc) go in the lower area leaving the top section free for a weekly shop (carefully packed though!). Under the lower load area is tray for tyre repair kit etc with enough room to store a 1st aid kit, torch, hi-vis jackets and basic tools.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

The Nissan Connect system with Sat Nav, bluetooth and reverse camera is brilliant, Speakers are good and sounds fine but would be better with a little better bass response.
