What does this car say about you?

That I could just as easily bought a 996 turbo than the new boxster, but chose not too because the boxster is so brilliant to drive and I know my cars!

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

My friends all have very high performance cars, RS4, Lambo, etc, and they all love it. It really is a very cool car to drive and much cooler than the pre 2005 model boxster in every respect.

Would you buy this car again and why?

This is one of the only cars which I have thought 'I will never get bored of this car'. I love it and will only replace it with another.

987 Boxster or 997 Carrera

Did you get a good deal and why?

Dealer provides excellent service much better than BMW and even Audi.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Because I heard it was one of the best driving experiences and I love to drive!

What was the dealer like?

Good-looking, smelt great, witty and well dressed.

What's it like to drive?

Unbelieveable! By far the best driving car other than a 997. The pleasure and sensation can not be compared to any other car (nothing to do with power). I know everybody says this, but as soon as you test drive the new 987 you will understand what I mean, absoloutly sensational sound, precision, power, even comfort!

What's it like to park?

pretty easy with parking sensors and a relatively short rear end, but who cares. The only issue with parking is that there are so many jealous people out there, so be careful where you park it!

Have you had any problems with the car?

nothing

What's most practical about your car?

plenty of front and rear luggage space

the roof, which operates at upto 35 mph
