    Family needs come first

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Everyone loved the comfort and airy interior

Would you buy this car again and why?

No. In my view not until Renault sort out their appalling dealers. Loved the car but dreaded letting dealers touch it and paying premium prices for the pleasure. Had previously had 7 new Renaults but will not buy another until we are sure dealers are competent.

  • Driving it

    5 out of 5 5.0

    What's it like to drive?

Quiet, smooth and reasonably rapid. Handling excellent for such a large car. Turbo gave it good mid range acceleration but fuel economy plummeted.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Poor servicing by main dealer in Oxford and car eventually suffered turbo failure which required engine removal!! Simple item to replace but needed engine out. Cost was £2.5k and dealer was appalling. Renault UK was quite good and picked up more than half the costs but had lost faith in the car and ability of dealer to maintain it. Rear spring broke prematurely. Battery failed in under 3 years. Dealer declined warranty claim but Renault UK accepted
