Bought secondhand at 4 years old for £4500.

Easy 30-40 mpg, cheap to run and insure.

Not very sporty but good enough for modern driving.

8v engine torque, but more modern engines deliver more go.

Reliability
Only needed 1 pair of tyres and brake pads in nearly 3 yrs, always starts, no drama just goes, interior trim almost VW quality!

Smart looking hatch, especially with renault alloys.
Comfort
I'm 6ft 3 and have no problems whatsoever,it has a good supple ride and eats miles! Seats are very good as is dash.
