In their own words

I bought this car new in January and have covered nearly 9000 miles. I am very happy with the car and being someone that gets bored with cars very easily, I am still thoroughly enjoying owning the car. One of the highlights for me are drive which is excellent for what is a fairly large car. You can really throw it in to corners better than some standard cars and it responds brilliantly. The 1.4 TSI engine is surprisingly nippy and it will acceleate in a fairly brisk manner, especially in 2nd and 3rd gear. As to be expected however, it does lack a bit of grunt at speeds of 50mph and above. Economy wise I now average 41mpg with hardly any motorway driving, but you can get late 40's sat at 70mph on the motorway. The interior of the car is great, if a little dull and it a very comfortable place to be (although the ride is hard on the optional 19's that I have). The infotainment system is fantastic although it's about time Android Auto became wireless although that's a gripe for the technology and not the car itself. In terms of issues with the car, the only real one I've had is with the Front Assist sensor. To put it simply, it's a pain in the backside and I wish it could be turned off permanently. Any persistent rain brings up a fault on it and any time you go close to a hedge with a few overhanging branches it activates and brakes the car which is verging on dangerous. The only other minor issue I have is with the paintwork. I opted for the solid Mediterranean Blue - and I wish I hadn't. It shows up every single minor scratch and it has swirl marks on it even though it's never been in an automatic car wash. Overall however, I would thoroughly recommend this car. If you have a standard car at the moment and want something bigger without losing the feel of a car then this fits the bill perfectly.
