Great car. Got a real punch and is very brisk to drive without the need to work the engine as with similar petrol cars. Both fun and economical when you want it to be. Coming from a 1 series I would say that the driver feel isn’t quite as good with a touch more body roll and the stiffening of the steering whilst in sport doesn’t add much. However it is much cheaper to buy, insure and run than the equivalent 1 series diesel.
