In their own words

Only one really big issue; pulling away is weirdly slow. The start stop thing keeps catching me out but even when that isn't happening it takes ages for the gearbox to react, by which time I've over compensated with the pedal and it jerks forward .... but usually embarrassingly late for the gap I was intending to go for.
Beyond that, its pleasant to drive, fast enough, huge both for the back seat passengers and in terms of boot. I paid for the heated front screen and appreciated it in the winter, didn't pay for the sunroof and possibly should have. I got the retracing tow ball and that worked well. Had a recurring problem with the dashboard telling me that a tyre had gone down and changing the tyre didn't fix it - never quite worked out whether there was a real issue or just a sensor problem.
Its never felt robust with paint chips and alloys damage showing up early and my teenagers' big feet kicked off the ashtray/charger thing in the back seat - having said that no rattles or squeaks after 40K miles. In the end, it was big, efficient, practical, and perfectly pleasant as a car but pretty dull with just the one big irritation of not being to pull out in to traffic unless there was a huge gap. Perhaps the car is too big for a 1.5 litre engine with an auto box?
