Cheap as sportscars go. A lot of extras for the price of a few years newer Fiesta or Corsa.
Costs
Not fantastically cheap to run. Parts expensive also.

Good at low end, but getting up to 4000rpm it becomes a nightmare to keep in a straight line.

About the fastest car you can buy in the same price bracket, at least for the olde models.

Keeps going and going. Over 200,000 miles and still the engine is sweet.
