Summary
What does this car say about you?
People propably see it as a midlife crisis car....but I have been driving a ford ka for the past 5 years so this was a treat! Hopefully it says I like a reliable, cheap to run, fun sportscar that is a bit different!
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Think its great! Nice to look at and a good deal!
Would you buy this car again and why?
not planning on selling this one for a long time yet and this was pretty the newest version you can buy (apart from special edition at the end of the production).
What are you likely to buy next?
Not sure...no plans to buy anything for a long time yet.

Did you get a good deal and why?
Yes! Cheapest in the country! I had to travel to Newcastle to get it but down here I would have paid at least £500 more or possibly higher. Someone suggested selling it in the summer and making a profit...no chance!
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Looks and driving appeal. Did not want a boring hatchback! We already have a family car so this is the fun one for my commute to work and weekends away.
What was the dealer like?
Excellent. Car just as described and very helpful. Filled the car up for me for my return journey.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Excellent drive...just like a go kart! This is not a super fast car but has good pull in middle gears. Fine on the motorway but our CMax TDCi has more torque but full on driving fun the MR2 is superb...great around corners and bends, just watch the wet and ice! Nice acceleration in lower gears...great roaring engine.

Have you had any problems with the car?
Not as yet...only had it a few weeks.
What's most practical about your car?
Roof, electric aerial...no boot space but not needed on this car!! Use the passenger seat/footwell or travel light with a passenger.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Roof, electric aerial, sound of the engine!!
