Vauxhall Insignia Saloon 2009-

In their own words

I've only had an insignia of my own for a month or so now but have used one in the past through work. I find it to be one of the nicest cars to drive for the price you pay, the 2.0 cdti sri 160hp has plenty of power but is delivered smoothly when accelerating so doesn't throw you about. Sits comfortably at motorway speeds I work 32 miles away from home and its a case of get on the road set the cruise control and then just relax. Tyres can be expensive to replace depending on the quality and size of the wheel but that's the same with any car really. A couple of people tried to warn me away from the 2.0 because of the cost to run but I recently got rid of a 1.7 astra diesel and there isn't a noticeable difference between them. The car itself is massive and loads of room in the boot which comes in handy I can fit the bairns buggy in, a full set of golf clubs etc. If you go to buy have a look at what bits you get on the car as most of the models have the same set up for buttons but some don't work, mine has everything except Bluetooth so when you press to make a call it just mutes the radio and that's it, reverse parking sensors are a good help since its a 4.8metre car.
