Considering accident and my continuous follow up with Hyundai around the world, they do not bother to evolve and investigate the fault. I think there is no risk management in system or no proper customer care established in system. On 12000 Km such important parts shall not failed, and if failed as it will evolve human life manufacturer shall investigate the reason.
How reliable do you find the car?
I am using this car and running hours is 12000Km, I had very serious incident which me and my family extremely lucky. I moved from my home for a vacation trip through a mountain high way, when I reached my destination (Extremely luckily), as I stopped the car the Role electrical motor fell on my feet, and I did not have control on the car anymore (Luckily I was in Parking) and it is only 12000KM. It could cause serious accidents if it just happened for my car in mountain high way I were driving 10 minutes before.Mechanic has found a supporting plate is broken(within 12000Km!!!!!!!) I have reported to Hyundai but no comment or either follow up.About their car
