They were not too flexible on negotiating, as expected from a Lexus dealer

Moving on from a petrol mid-sized hatchback to a diesel compact executive

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Good fun, powerful, though gearing ratios not exactly perfect. At 80 mph, pushing the revs a bit at 5th and not yet ready for 6th.
What's it like to park?
Definitely needs parking sensors, which I do not have unfortunately.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Just out of warranty and water pump started to leak. Had to be changed.
What's most practical about your car?
Diesel economy, good ride and handling, lots of torque!!!
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The HUGE wing mirrors with good visibility, even of the blind spot. Also fabulous music system, made better by addition of ipod integration kit.
