Yes, would make a great first/learner car second hand. Would go for a bigger engine next time, purely for motorway cruising.

Pre-reg deal direct through Mitsubishi.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

The other half wanted something practical and cheap for running around in.

What was the dealer like?

Fine, nothing special but no complaints.

What's it like to drive?

For a cheap city car, absolutely fine. Cruises well, fun cross-country, just don't expect the engine to be anything other than a means to move the car. The 1.1 is definitely for economy, not power.

What's it like to park?

If you can't park this you need to give up driving. The corners are all where they should be and the steering is super responsive at low speeds.

Have you had any problems with the car?

The rear wiper motor started to make a grinding noise after a few months but was replaced at the next service.

What's most practical about your car?

It's deceptively huge inside! Really shows my Fiesta up as the hopeless thing it is.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

The mpg and range computer, eerily accurate and a good comfort when driving through mid Wales at night ( no fuel staions open then )
