Practical and no doubt frugal.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

My neighbour though I had bough a Mercedes A class. To be honest I don't really care.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes if thy still produced the diesel auto. Don't know why the stopped the diesel as the torque is amazing. Achieved 55 to the gallon on a run while towing a trailer!

What are you likely to buy next?

Hope to move to Spain in 5 years and will be looking to replace with a LHD model or similar diesel auto.

Did you get a good deal and why?

No especially but my Punto Sporting 2006 was not giving me the economy I wanted despite being in diesel form (130BHP).

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Very compact yet practical. Looking for an auto diesel.

What was the dealer like?

Very nice to deal with. A little haggling here and there. The colt had been traded to them and they were Skoda dealership .

What's it like to drive?

Very nice to drive, comfortable supportive seat, car feels bigger than it is. Semi auto 6 speed box is a gem to drive either around town or on a long run. Front pillars are too thick so have to look twice at junctions.

What's it like to park?

When I reverse its so easy and I have my foot on the brake pedal to control speed. No accelerator required in auto.

Have you had any problems with the car?

The aircon needed a rechange but I would expect that after 5 years.

What's most practical about your car?

5 doors, sliding rear seat increases boot room, and folding completely and easily removable rear seats.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Constant MPG readout on the dash.
