Car locked itself with the keys inside. The SEAT App failed to open the car and then the dealer locked us out of the App when trying to re set the App to get it to open the car! We then needed a key which cost £361.57 for the key and £60 to program the key - madness!
I thought it was a freak accident that it locked itself with the keys inside but found out its a common problem with all SEATS, VWs and Audis. The software has glitches which allow it to randomly lock the keys inside the car.
