Volvo XC40 SUV Inscription B4 (P) AWD auto 5d Owner Review

I was aware the fuel economy was low, but was assured I would get 40mpg.... I couldnt get over 32mpg. Why do such inefficient small SUVs exist, all you seem to do is fill them up. I was so so disappointed having looked forward to owning one for ages. got rid of it and bought a diesel Audi, now getting over 52mpg + more comfort, far better infotainment. Volvo is hyped by marketing. The only 3 other people I know that bought XC40s all regret it due to poor fuel economy.
